Director of Canadian Investor Relations

Position Overview

Elite Credit of America is seeking an accomplished and highly connected professional to serve as Director of Canadian Investor Relations. This executive-level opportunity is designed for a relationship-driven individual with the ability to cultivate meaningful investor relationships, expand Elite's Canadian investor network, and connect qualified Canadian investors with opportunities within the Florida real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and expand Elite's Canadian investor network.

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with qualified Canadian investors.

• Conduct meetings, presentations, webinars, and networking events.

• Educate prospective investors regarding Florida real estate opportunities.

• Serve as Elite's representative within Canada's investor community.

• Increase company visibility throughout key Canadian markets.

• Generate investor introductions and opportunities.

• Coordinate investor introductions with company leadership.

Ideal Candidate

• Existing network of Canadian investors, professionals, entrepreneurs, or business owners.

• Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.

• Experience in real estate, investments, finance, private capital, wealth management, business development, or capital raising.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach.

• Strong presentation and networking abilities.

Compensation Structure

Investor Introductions:

• 20% of Elite Revenue generated from an investor's first completed transaction.

• 10% of Elite Revenue generated from all subsequent completed transactions involving that investor.

Referral Source Transactions:

• 15% of Elite Revenue generated from transactions sourced through approved referral relationships established by the Director.

Term & Relationship Structure

• Month-to-month engagement.

• 30-day written notice required by either party for termination.

• Exclusive relationship within the designated territory and scope.

Post-Termination Compensation

• Compensation continues for two (2) months following termination on investors introduced prior to termination.

• No additional compensation is payable after the two-month survival period expires.
