ELite CREDIT OF AMERICA

Career Opportunities

Director of Strategic Partnerships & Investor Relations

Work Location

Hybrid remote in Miami, FL 33131

Position Overview

The Director will be responsible for building the relationship engine behind Elite Credit of America. This person will develop and manage two critical growth channels: referral partners who introduce qualified homeowners and investors who can participate in structured property opportunities.

The right candidate is not simply a salesperson. This is a senior, relationship-driven role for someone who understands trust, reputation, discretion, and strategic deal flow. The Director must be able to speak credibly with mortgage loan officers, Realtors, wholesalers, attorneys, title professionals, private lenders, family offices, and real estate investors while protecting the integrity of the Elite brand.

This role is best suited for an entrepreneurial professional with an existing South Florida network and the ability to convert relationships into recurring opportunities. The ideal candidate understands that homeowners in foreclosure are often vulnerable and under pressure, and that every partner relationship must be handled with professionalism, care, and compliance-minded discipline.

Key Responsibilities

Referral Partner Development

· Build and manage relationships with mortgage loan officers, mortgage brokers, Realtors, real estate teams, wholesalers, title professionals, attorneys, financial advisors, and other referral sources.

· Position Elite Credit of America as a trusted solution when conventional lending, refinance, sale, or loan modification options are not sufficient.

· Educate referral partners on when a homeowner may be a fit, how the review process works, and what documentation is needed.

· Protect the originating relationship by ensuring MLOs and professional partners remain informed, respected, and integrated throughout the process.

· Develop repeat referral channels through consistent follow-up, partner education, and relationship management.

Investor Relations

· Identify and cultivate relationships with purpose-driven real estate investors, private lenders, investment groups, family offices, and capital partners.

· Present Elite’s structured investment opportunity with professionalism, accuracy, and a balanced focus on profit, protection, and purpose.

· Maintain an active investor pipeline for qualified opportunities in Miami-Dade, Broward, and other approved Florida markets as the company expands.

· Coordinate investor interest with internal review, property evaluation, underwriting, and transaction timelines.

· Help communicate the company’s disciplined, asset-backed approach and the social impact of helping families regain stability.

Strategic Growth & Market Presence

· Represent Elite Credit of America at real estate investor meetings, mortgage industry events, Realtor gatherings, title company events, foreclosure-related networking opportunities, and private capital events.

· Develop lunch-and-learns, webinars, partner briefings, and educational presentations for MLOs and referral partners.

· Identify new geographic, referral, and investor channels that align with the company’s underwriting standards and ethical positioning.

· Track referral activity, investor conversations, pipeline movement, and conversion performance through the company CRM or reporting system.

· Provide market feedback to leadership regarding partner objections, investor appetite, homeowner needs, and competitive positioning.

Brand Stewardship & Compliance-Minded Communication

· Communicate clearly that Elite does not guarantee outcomes and does not help every homeowner.

· Avoid high-pressure, misleading, or predatory messaging in all partner and public-facing conversations.

· Protect the company’s reputation by leading with transparency, defined criteria, and long-term thinking.

· Escalate sensitive homeowner, legal, licensing, or regulatory questions to the appropriate internal or professional resource.

· Operate with discretion, confidentiality, and respect for homeowners facing financial stress.

Ideal Candidate Profile

· Existing network of mortgage loan officers, Realtors, investors, wholesalers, private lenders, attorneys, title professionals, or financial professionals in South Florida.

· Experience in mortgage lending, real estate investing, private lending, hard money, title, foreclosure solutions, acquisitions, sales leadership, investor relations, or strategic partnerships.

· Strong ability to build trust with professionals who are protective of their client relationships.

· Comfortable discussing distressed real estate, foreclosure timelines, property equity, investment return, lease-back structures, and referral partner alignment.

· Entrepreneurial, self-directed, polished, and comfortable working in a performance-based environment.

· Able to generate consistent conversations, meetings, referrals, and investor introductions without heavy supervision.

· High emotional intelligence and the judgment to handle sensitive homeowner circumstances with care.

Preferred Backgrounds

· Former or current mortgage loan officer, mortgage broker, loan originator, or lender account executive.

· Hard money or private lending business development representative.

· Title company sales executive or Realtor relationship manager.

· Investor relations professional in real estate, private credit, or alternative investments.

· Real estate wholesaler, acquisitions manager, disposition manager, or investor-focused Realtor.

· Business development leader with a strong network in Miami-Dade, Broward, or Palm Beach County.

Compensation Structure

This is intended to be a performance-based leadership opportunity, structured for a high-producing relationship builder who wants meaningful upside. Final compensation terms will be confirmed in writing and may be structured as an independent contractor arrangement, subject to applicable legal, licensing, and compliance review.

Compensation may Include

· Commission or revenue share on qualified funded mortgage opportunities introduced through approved referral channels.

· Commission or revenue share on investor transactions, acquisition opportunities, or completed real estate opportunities generated through the Director’s relationships.

· Performance bonuses tied to partner growth, investor onboarding, referral volume, and closed business.

· Potential residual or repeat-business compensation where appropriate and approved by the company.

· Uncapped earning potential for strong performers.

What Success Looks Like

· A growing network of active MLOs, Realtors, attorneys, title professionals, and referral partners who understand Elite’s process and know when to refer a file.

· A reliable investor pipeline capable of acting on qualified, structured opportunities.

· Consistent qualified introductions rather than low-quality volume.

· Professional partners who feel protected, informed, and respected.

· Homeowners receiving clear direction, honest expectations, and a responsible process.

· Elite Credit of America becoming known in South Florida as a trusted, ethical foreclosure alternative and investor-aligned solution.
